To use your account, please follow these simple instructions:
PIN Free Dialing: Using this method you can make calls from the numbers that you have registered in your account (eg. home phone, cell phone, office phone) without the need to enter any PIN numbers.
Step 1:
Dial your access number from the line(s) you have registered
Step 2:
Listen to your account balance
Step 3:
Dial your destination number
For international calls: Dial 011 + Country Code + Phone Number
For calls to U.S. and Canada: Dial 1 + Area code + Phone Number
Using Your PIN Number: Using this method you can make calls from phone numbers that are not registered in your iDPhoneCard account (eg. friend's house, pay phones, hotel rooms). You can also use your PIN while traveling abroad from over 50 countries using the specific access number for that country.
Step 1:
Dial your access number from any phone line (pay phone, hotel, cell phone, etc.)
Step 2:
Enter your PIN number at the prompt and listen to your account balance
Step 3:
Dial your destination number
For international calls: Dial 011 + Country Code + Phone Number
For calls to U.S. and Canada: Dial 1 + Area code + Phone Number
